Hi guys I don't know if anyone has encountered this, but, for some reason my screenshots cannot be displayed in the stats parser screenshots window. my screenshots are saved in the default directory "C:\program files (x86)\steam\steamapps\'MyUserName'\team fortress 2\tf\screenshots" The screens are also saved as .tga format. I only have two screenshots saved in this folder directory and the error message I get in the parser tells me that 2 errors have occurred while attempting to load the images. For example, earlier there were 6 screenshots in the folder and it told me 6 errors has occured, so at least I know that the stats parser is finding the directory correctly. Any ideas? Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me out. MrAnderson617 attached the following image(s): tf2 screen error.jpg (116kb) downloaded 35 time(s).

EDIT: I can view the screenshots in another application I have, so I know the files are not corrupt etc. Also I have uninstalled the stats parser and reinstalled. I am also running the latest update of the stats parser.

Hi
Have you tried pressing "Yes"? That will send me the error messages, and will give us a little more to work on.

Hello,
Yes, I have tried to submit the error report but then it says "there was an error contacting the server"
my firewall is disabled so I don't know what could be preventing me from connecting.

EDIT: The weird part is, if i save a screenshot in that directory as .jpeg then it comes up just fine. I imagine it is having a problem reading .tga format. But I am very confused because it seems nobody else is having problems viewing their screenshots as .tga

Problem solved!
I simply typed "bind F5 jpeg" in my console and it now saves my screenshots as jpeg so now I can simply view them as jpeg in the stats parser. =)

Hi
I would like to figure out why it didn't work for you in the first place.
Could you please do the following: Put some TGA files in your screenshots folder again, and make sure you get the error message as you did before. Open the run window (type "Run" in the start menu, or press Windows+R) Type %appdata% in the text field, and press "Run". That should open your AppData folder. Inside this folder, you should see a folder named "TF2 Statistics Parser". Open this. Inside the "TF2 Statistics Parser" folder, there is a file named "slog.txt". This file contains a log of every action the stats parser has done (or failed to do).
So if you could send me the "slog.txt" file (and the "error.log" if it's there), we could probably figure out what went wrong.

Hi
Thanks, I'll try to fix the problem before the next update.
You have 64 bit Windows, right?
