That is correct; when you have made some changes you want in the official release, you just upload the file to this forum, and I'll add it.

I just noticed that it is impossible to upload files here. I'll take a look at it ;)

EDIT: Okay, it is possible to upload files, the forum is just a bit strange. You'll have to write your post, post it, and then click "Attach" in the upper right corner of the new post.
